Biomedical Engineer (Internee)

We are seeking a motivated Biomedical Engineering intern to join Labex, a leading provider of laboratory equipment and diagnostics in Pakistan. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the design, maintenance, and optimization of biomedical devices used in lab settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, calibrating, and testing laboratory biomedical equipment under senior engineer supervision.​

• Conduct basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance evaluations on diagnostic tools and instruments.

• Support product improvement projects, including data collection, literature reviews, and simple experiment design for lab enhancements.​

• Collaborate with the team on documentation and safety compliance

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Biomedical Engineering or related program (2nd/3rd year preferred).

• Basic knowledge of lab equipment, CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), and technical writing.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
