AST (Archem)
AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase) reagent is used for the quantitative determination of AST activity in human serum and plasma with semi-automated biochemistry analyzers. Elevated AST levels are commonly associated with liver disease, myocardial infarction, and muscle disorders.
