CK-NAC reagent is used for the quantitative determination of total Creatine Kinase activity in human serum and plasma using semi-automated biochemistry analyzers. This method, based on the NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) activation principle, provides high sensitivity and accuracy in measuring CK levels. Elevated CK activity is associated with myocardial infarction, muscle disorders, and other conditions involving skeletal or cardiac muscle damage.
Method: IFCC recommended, NAC-activated
Sample Type: Serum / Plasma
Storage: 2–8 °C, stable until expiry date
Clinical Use: Diagnosis and monitoring of myocardial infarction, muscle injury, and neuromuscular disorders
