HDL Direct reagent (Archem) is used for the direct quantitative determination of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in human serum and plasma using semi-automated biochemistry analyzers. This method does not require prior sample pretreatment, providing accurate and reliable results even in the presence of high triglyceride levels.
