Lipase (Archem)
Lipase reagent is used for the quantitative determination of lipase activity in human serum and plasma using semi-automated biochemistry analyzers. Lipase measurement is particularly useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of acute and chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic carcinoma, and other conditions affecting pancreatic function.
