How to Use Uric Kit
- Reagent Preparation:
- Allow R1 to reach room temperature before starting the test.
- Test Procedure:
- Pipette 1000 µL of R1 (Reagent 1) into a clean test tube.
- Add 10 µL of patient sample (serum or plasma).
- Incubation:
- Mix thoroughly by vortexing or manual swirling.
- Incubate at 37°C for 10 minutes using the Spark 1 Digital Drybath from Labex for precise and consistent temperature control.
- Reading the Results:
- Measure absorbance at 505 nm using a spectrophotometer or biochemistry analyzer.
